About Adral

Adral is an intelligence company building systems that finish the work, not just converse about it. We develop foundational models (including our MoE-Mamba general reasoning architecture and security-focused models) and deploy them across web, desktop, and mobile surfaces with deep agentic capabilities. We aren't building standard, uninspired chat wrappers; we are engineering systems that execute code, manipulate local files, and run autonomously. We need a Visual Designer who can translate complex, cutting-edge AI architecture into exceptionally clean, human, and world-class aesthetic experiences.

What You’ll Do

- Brand & Identity Elevation: Own and evolve Adral’s visual language across all public-facing touchpoints, ensuring our brand feels sharp, authoritative, and distinct in a sea of generic AI noise.
- Product UI/UX Design: Collaborate with engineering to design intuitive, high-polish interfaces for our web, desktop, and mobile applications where users interact with complex agentic workflows.
- Marketing & Launch Assets: Design high-impact visual assets for product launches, technical documentation, social media campaigns, pitch decks, and architectural whitepapers.
- Complex Data Visualization:



Turn abstract AI mechanics—such as multi-step reasoning loops, local file execution, and context windows—into elegant, easy-to-understand diagrams and UI components.
- Design Systems: Build, scale, and maintain a unified design system that keeps our product surfaces and marketing properties consistent and fast to ship.

What You’ll Bring

- A Stellar Portfolio: Demonstrated experience designing exceptional digital products, web apps, or brand identities, preferably for tech startups, developer tools, or deep-tech/AI companies.
- Design Tool Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in modern design tools (Figma is non-negotiable; experience with motion tools like After Effects, Principle, or Spline is a massive plus).
- An Eye for Minimalist Precision: You know how to balance technical complexity with clean, functional minimalism. You understand typography, grid systems, and negative space implicitly.
- Builder's Pace: You thrive in quick-moving environments where things iterate quickly, and you prefer shipping high-impact work over getting bogged down in endless design bureaucracy.
- Passion for AI: You are excited about the shift toward intelligent, agentic software and want to visually define how humans interact with the next generation of computing.
