About the Role

A leading skilled consulting firm is expanding its Succession Planning & Family Advisory practice and is looking for an experienced CA to work with business families, promoters and HNIs on succession, estate planning and wealth structuring assignments.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead succession and estate planning assignments for business families and HNIs.
- Analyse family objectives, ownership structures, business continuity and long-term succession plans.
- Design and evaluate structures involving private trusts, Wills, family arrangements, gifts, partition arrangements and Family Charters.
- Advise on ownership and management succession and next-generation transition.
- Evaluate succession structures in the context of M&A;, restructuring, business sales and IPOs.
- Analyse Indian tax, stamp duty, Companies Act, FEMA and SEBI implications.
- Work on assignments involving NRIs, foreign trusts, overseas foundations and foreign assets.
- Draft/review trust deeds, Wills, family arrangements,



shareholder agreements and related documents.
- Prepare technical notes, presentations and client-facing material.
- Lead client discussions and coordinate with tax, legal, regulatory and other specialists.
- Review and guide the work of junior team members.

Candidate Profile

- Qualified Chartered Accountant with 3–9 years of post-qualification experience.
- Experience in Tax Advisory, International Tax, Transaction Advisory, Private Client Advisory, Wealth Structuring, Estate/Succession Planning or related areas.
- Strong analytical, research, drafting and communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage assignments and interact with clients.
- Experience with business families, promoters, HNIs or family offices will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
