Employment Type:* Full-TimeWe are looking for an *energetic, people-oriented, and proactive HR Executive* to manage *HR Connect Activities, Employee Engagement, Employee Communication, HR Operations & Coordination

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular *HR Connect sessions* with employees* Understand employee concerns, feedback & workplace requirements* Plan and coordinate *employee engagement activities, celebrations, games, events & team-building initiatives** Maintain HR Connect records and conduct regular employee follow-ups* Support *new employee onboarding, induction & orientation** Coordinate employee feedback and satisfaction surveys* Handle employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leave & workplace practices* Support *employee grievance handling* and escalate concerns when required* Coordinate birthdays, festivals, employee recognition & engagement initiatives* Draft HR notices, announcements,



emails & internal communications* Maintain engagement calendars, trackers, reports & HR documentation* Coordinate with department heads and reporting managers* Support initiatives focused on *employee experience, workplace culture & retention** Assist with day-to-day *HR Operations & Administration*

Skills Required:

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Solid employee handling & coordination abilities

Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint

Creative approach towards employee engagement

Good drafting & presentation skills

Positive, approachable & professional attitude

Ability to maintain confidentiality

Strong follow-up & problem-solving skills

Preferred Candidate:* Graduate / MBA in HR or relevant qualification* Experience in *HR Operations / Employee Engagement / HR Generalist / HR Connect Activities* preferredImmediate joiners will be given preference*

Pay: ₹300,000.00 per year
