Salary Budget - 12 LPA

Job location - Sanand , Gujarat

1. Lead preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities for Paint Shop, Robotic Welding, Press Shop, and Weld Shop to ensure maximum equipment uptime.

2. Drive reliability improvement initiatives by analyzing breakdowns, identifying root causes, and implementing permanent corrective actions.

3. Manage maintenance of robotic and automation systems, including robots, PLCs, HMIs, servo drives, sensors, and associated control systems.

4. Ensure safe and efficient operation of press lines, welding equipment, conveyors, paint booths, ovens, and material handling systems.

5. Develop and implement TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) programs to improve OEE, MTBF, and overall plant productivity.

6. Lead maintenance manpower and contractor teams, including training, skill development,



performance monitoring, and manpower planning.

7. Control maintenance budgets and spare parts inventory, ensuring optimum stock levels and cost-effective maintenance operations.

8. Ensure compliance with EHS, LOTO, statutory, and quality standards, supporting ISO/IATF requirements and customer audits.

9. Support new equipment installation, commissioning, and automation projects, ensuring timely execution and smooth start-up.

10. Drive continuous improvement and energy-saving initiatives through Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, Industry 4.0, and reliability engineering practices.
