Job Description — Oracle PBCS Consultant (Part-Time / On-Demand Support)

Compensation: ₹1,20,000 per annum for 200 hours

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS) consultant to provide ongoing application support on a flexible, on-demand basis. This is a fully remote engagement with no fixed weekly or monthly hours the resource will be engaged as and when support requirements arise across the year, up to a total of 200 hours.

This suits a consultant who is currently engaged elsewhere and can accommodate ad-hoc support requests alongside existing commitments.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day functional and technical support for the Oracle PBCS application
- Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues within agreed response timelines
- Maintain and update application artefacts forms, business rules, dimensions, metadata and security
- Support month-end and periodic planning/budgeting cycles as required
- Assist with data loads, integrations and automation routines
- Support end users with queries, navigation and reporting issues
- Document issues, resolutions and configuration changes




- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and, where required, with Oracle Support

Required Skills & Experience

- 3–7 years of hands-on experience with Oracle PBCS / EPM Cloud
- Combined functional and technical capability
- Working knowledge of Planning application design, dimensions, forms, business rules and security
- Experience with Calculation Manager / Groovy rules
- Familiarity with Data Management / data integration and EPM Automate
- Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Clear written and verbal communication in English
- Reliable availability and responsiveness during Indian business hours

Good to Have

- Experience with additional EPM Cloud modules (Financials, Workforce, Capex, Projects)
- Prior experience in a support or AMS model
- Oracle EPM Cloud certification

Engagement Terms

- Fully remote no travel or office presence required
- 200 billable hours over a 12-month period, drawn down on an on-demand basis
- Hours are not fixed weekly or monthly; the consultant will be engaged as requirements arise
