Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated Node.js & React Native Developer with around 1 year of hands-on experience to join our growing tech team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of building mobile applications using React Native and backend services using Node.js. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable products.

- Key Responsibilities

React Native (Frontend Mobile Development)

Develop and maintain mobile applications for Android and iOS using React Native.

Implement responsive UI designs and reusable components.

Integrate mobile apps with backend APIs and third-party services.

Optimize app performance, memory usage, and load time.

Debug and fix issues across different devices and OS versions.

Node.js (Backend Development)

Build and maintain REST APIs using Node.js + Express.

Work with MongoDB / MySQL / PostgreSQL to design, query, and manage data.

Handle authentication, authorization (JWT/OAuth), and data validation.

Optimize backend logic for reliability and performance.

Implement clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices.

General Responsibilities

Collaborate with UI/UX, QA, and Product teams to release features on time.

Use Git/GitHub for version control and code review.

Write clear documentation and participate in sprint planning.

Test features thoroughly before deployment.

Stay updated with modern JavaScript, Mobile, and Backend trends.

- Required Skills

Technical Skills





1 year hands-on experience in React Native.

Strong experience in Node.js & Express.

Knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript is a plus.

Experience integrating REST APIs.

Familiar with React Hooks, Redux or Zustand/MobX.

Experience with MongoDB / MySQL.

Understanding of API security, JWT, OAuth, middlewares.

Familiarity with Android Studio and Xcode for app builds.

Basic understanding of DevOps or cloud platforms (AWS, DigitalOcean)

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field

(Experience can be considered in place of degree for strong candidates.)

Based on location and skillset — typically aligns with junior developer standards.
