We're looking for someone to own — not just run — our digital growth: performance marketing (Meta, Google), SEO/CRO/D2C growth, ad budgets and ROAS/CAC/LTV, acquisition through retention, and the creative and content strategy behind it all.
Ideally 2.5+ years in beauty, skincare, or D2C — Nykaa, Purplle, Tira, Myntra, or Amazon Beauty experience is a big plus. And you should already be using AI in your day-to-day marketing work, not just aware of it.
We're not hiring someone to post and boost. We're hiring someone who builds growth and can prove it.
