Role Purpose: To drive occupancy growth, brand positioning, and revenue generation for a premium senior living facility by leading sales initiatives, marketing campaigns, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.

· Build and maintain relationships with referral partners (hospitals, wealth managers, retirement planners).

· Lead digital and offline marketing campaigns to position the facility as a premium choice.

· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine offerings.

· Manage lead generation, conversion tracking, and CRM systems.

· Organize events, seminars, and community outreach programs to enhance visibility.

· Collaborate with operations and resident care teams to ensure marketing promises align with service delivery.

· Prepare monthly sales reports and marketing performance dashboards for leadership.
