We are seeking a hands-on, experienced Poultry Farm In-Charge to oversee daily operations, manage flock health, supervise farm workers, and optimize production efficiency. Key Responsibilities1. Daily Farm Operations & Production

- Manage day-to-day operations of the poultry farm, including feeding, watering, lighting, and environmental control (temperature and ventilation). Scribd
- Monitor growth rates, weight gains (for broilers), or egg production rates (for layers) to ensure targets are met. NerdMine
- Oversee feed inventory, storage quality, and feed conversion ratios (FCR) to minimize waste and optimize nutrition. NerdMine

2. Flock Health & Biosecurity

Requirements & Qualifications
