We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented WordPress Website Development Intern to join our team. The intern will work on creating, customizing, updating, and maintaining WordPress websites using ready-made themes, templates, plugins, and page builders.

This internship is a good opportunity for students and freshers who want hands-on experience in WordPress development, website design, responsive layouts, plugins, basic SEO, and website management.

Responsibilities

- Create and customize websites using WordPress
- Install and configure WordPress themes and plugins
- Build website pages such as Home, About Us, Services, Contact, and Landing Pages
- Customize layouts using page builders such as Elementor or similar tools
- Modify website content, images, menus, buttons, forms, and other elements
- Ensure websites are responsive and work properly on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
- Perform basic website troubleshooting and resolve common WordPress issues
- Optimize website pages for basic speed, usability, and SEO
- Maintain and update existing WordPress websites
- Coordinate with the content and design team when required
- Follow provided website templates, references, and instructions
- Test websites before publishing and identify layout or functionality issues
- Learn and work with new WordPress tools and technologies as required

Requirements

- Basic knowledge of WordPress




- Understanding of websites and basic web page structure
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility
- Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks on time
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage
- Familiarity with Elementor or another WordPress page builder is a plus
