HIRING: GTA LOCAL FLATBED TRUCK DISPATCHER – REMOTE INDIA

Company: GOLDEN EXPRESS TRANSPORT INC.
Fleet: 10 Flatbed Trucks
Location: Remote – India
Freight: GTA / Southern Ontario Local & Short-Haul

We are looking for an experienced truck dispatcher in India to manage dispatch operations for our fleet of 10 flatbed trucks working primarily around the GTA.

Responsibilities

- Find local GTA flatbed loads
- Dispatch and plan 10 trucks
- Negotiate rates with brokers/customers
- Reduce empty/deadhead kilometres
- Coordinate pickups and deliveries
- Communicate with drivers
- Handle detention and delays
- Manage rate confirmations, BOLs and PODs
- Plan the next day's loads
- Maintain daily dispatch/revenue records

Requirements

✅ 2+ years US/Canada trucking dispatch experience
✅ Flatbed dispatch experience required
✅ GTA/Ontario freight knowledge preferred




✅ Strong English communication
✅ Strong rate negotiation skills
✅ Experience with load boards and TMS
✅ Able to work Canadian/GTA business hours from India
✅ Reliable, organized and responsive

Salary: ₹20,000–₹ 27,000/monthdepending on experience
Performance bonus: Available
Paid trial: Required
