As a Data Modeler, a typical day involves engaging closely with various stakeholders including business representatives, data owners, end users, application designers, and data architects. The Data Modeler plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between business objectives and technical implementation by translating complex requirements into structured data solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to ensure data models meet both current and future business needs.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align data strategies.
- Mentor junior team members to support their skilled growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Experience with front-end and back-end development frameworks and tools related to Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong understanding of database design principles and data modeling techniques.
- Ability to work with relational and non-relational databases effectively.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Competence in debugging, testing, and optimizing code within Java Full Stack Development environments.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.

- This position is based at our HDC3B - SEZ location.
