Profile: AR Caller

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) for US Healthcare/Medical Billing.
- Follow up with insurance companies regarding outstanding claims.
- Identify and resolve claim denials, rejections, and payment issues.
- Maintain accurate records and update claim status.
- Coordinate with insurance providers and healthcare clients.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.

Requirements:

- Graduation is mandatory.
- Experience in US Medical Billing / AR Calling preferred.
- Valuable English communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of US healthcare and insurance processes.
