We are looking for a Patient Lead Generation Intern who wants hands-on experience in healthcare, communication, lead generation, and customer engagement.

What You’ll Do

- Identify and generate potential patient leads through online channels.
- Reach out to prospective patients through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other platforms.
- Understand basic patient requirements and answer initial queries using information provided by the company.
- Follow up with interested patients and help convert enquiries into appointments/consultations.
- Maintain lead and follow-up records using Google Sheets/Excel or CRM tools.
- Coordinate qualified leads with the internal team.
- Meet assigned weekly and monthly lead-generation targets.
- Learn practical skills in patient acquisition, sales, communication, and healthcare business development.
