Mandate Experience: Minimum 9 months of relevant voice experience

Location: Embassy Galaxy Business Park, Sector 62, Noida

Eligibility Criteria:

* Minimum 9 months of experience in a Chat Customer Support role.

* Excellent verbal communication and customer handling skills. (C1/C2 Proficiency).

* Ability to resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining high service standards.

* Comfortable working in a quick-paced customer-centric environment.

* Banking Customer Service experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:​

* Handle customer interactions through chat support channels.

* Address customer queries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.





* Deliver premium customer experience by ensuring quick and accurate resolutions.

* Adhere to quality and compliance standards.

* Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.

Pay: ₹34,548.49 - ₹42,618.27 per month
