About SilaiGo

SilaiGo is a premium doorstep tailoring service offering custom stitching and alterations for blouses, kurtis, suits, dresses, lehengas and more. Customers book through our digital platform, and we handle pickup, stitching and delivery from our central facility.

What you'll do

- Handle incoming leads through phone, WhatsApp and website
- Speak with customers, understand their requirements and convert enquiries into confirmed orders
- Follow up with interested/unconverted leads
- Explain SilaiGo's services, process, pricing and timelines clearly
- Coordinate with the pickup team for confirmed orders
- Maintain accurate customer/order information in our system
- Follow up on pending payments/orders where required
- Identify repeat-order opportunities and reconnect with previous customers
- Share customer feedback and common objections with the management team
- Maintain daily sales and follow-up reports

What we're looking for





- Excellent communication skills, especially Hindi + English
- Confident speaking with customers over phone
- Good persuasion and objection-handling ability
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets and basic software
- Organized and disciplined with follow-ups
- Customer-focused but sales-oriented
- Experience in fashion, tailoring, boutique, D2C or service sales is a plus
- Someone who takes ownership rather than waiting for instructions

KPIs

Performance will primarily be measured on:

- Qualified leads contacted
- Lead → confirmed order conversion
- Sales revenue generated
- Follow-up completion rate
- Repeat-customer conversions
- Customer experience / complaint rate

Key: This is a target-driven sales role, not a customer-support-only position.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
