Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, follow-ups, and support requests. The candidate will be responsible for providing timely assistance and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and messages.
- Follow up with customers regarding their requirements and requests.
- Resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams to provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up details.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional support.




- Prepare and maintain customer-related reports when required.

Requirements

- BBA / B.Com / MBA graduate, preferably in Finance.
- Freshers can apply.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-handling and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of financial services or loan processes will be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with internal teams.
