Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and approach potential clients in the pharmaceutical industry through calls, emails, and online platforms
- Understand the basic applications and technical details of the company’s products to explain them clearly to customers
- Prepare and share quotations and proposals as per customer requirements
- Follow up with customers and assist in negotiating pricing and commercial terms (with guidance if required)
- Ensure smooth processing of orders and coordinate internally for timely delivery of products
- Work with the QA team for required documentation and support vendor qualification processes
- Handle customer communication professionally and resolve their technical queries




- Support the manager in daily tasks and follow company SOPs and guidelines
- Perform any other sales-related work assigned by seniors or management

Note:

- No sales targets
- No field work with customers (Office-based role only)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
