Role Overview

We are looking for a Middleware / Integration Engineer with hands-on experience designing and implementing enterprise integrations across CRM, CPQ, ERP, payment and contact-center platforms.

The role involves building reliable integration flows using Workato and Informatica, working with APIs and event-driven architectures, and ensuring that data moves securely and consistently across business applications.

What You'll Do

- Design, develop and maintain enterprise integration workflows using Workato and/or Informatica.
- Build API-led integrations between CRM, CPQ, ERP, payment and other enterprise applications.
- Design integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, message queues and event-driven patterns.
- Implement API versioning and integration contracts to support scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Develop robust middleware error-handling mechanisms, including retry, backoff, dead-letter handling and failure alerting.
- Build and maintain integrations involving Oracle Fusion and Oracle CPQ, covering quoting, order, subscription and billing data flows.
- Integrate enterprise systems with NICE CXone or equivalent contact-center / CCaaS platforms.
- Implement event-driven orchestration across multiple business systems and ensure reliable end-to-end data synchronization.
- Troubleshoot integration failures, data mismatches, API errors and synchronization issues.
- Work closely with application teams, business analysts, architects and downstream system owners to understand integration requirements.




- Implement monitoring and observability mechanisms to provide visibility into integration health, failures and processing status.
- Support secure file-transfer integrations using SFTP and managed file-transfer solutions where required.
- Explore practical AI use cases within integration and orchestration, such as exception triage, intelligent routing and data enrichment.
- Participate in production support, root-cause analysis and continuous improvement of integration solutions.

What We're Looking For

- 4+ years of experience in middleware, enterprise integration or integration engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with Workato and/or Informatica.
- Good understanding of API-led integration architecture and enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience working with REST APIs, webhooks, message queues and event-driven integrations.
- Strong understanding of middleware reliability patterns such as retry/backoff, dead-letter handling and failure management.
- Hands-on exposure to Oracle Fusion and/or Oracle CPQ integrations, particularly around order, subscription, billing or quoting data.
- Experience integrating with NICE CXone (CCaaS) or another enterprise contact-center platform.
- Ability to design and troubleshoot integrations spanning multiple enterprise applications.
- Valuable understanding of integration monitoring, logging and observability.

Good to Have

- Experience with Akamai or WinSCP for SFTP / managed file-transfer integrations.
- Exposure to AI-enabled integration use cases such as intelligent routing, exception classification/triage or enrichment.
- Experience with integration monitoring and observability platforms.
- Knowledge of enterprise security considerations for APIs, credentials, authentication and data transfer.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
