JOB REQUIREMENT – PROCUREMENT MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to manage the end-to-end procurement activities for construction & infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle procurement of civil, MEP, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, structural, finishing & interior materials.
- Identify, evaluate & develop reliable vendors & suppliers.
- Obtain & compare quotations from multiple vendors to ensure best price, quality & delivery terms.
- Negotiate rates, payment terms, credit periods & delivery schedules.
- Prepare comparative statements (CS) & obtain necessary approvals.
- Prepare & process Purchase Orders (POs) as per approved requirements.
- Coordinate with project/site teams regarding material requirements & delivery schedules.
- Follow up with vendors for timely delivery of materials at project sites.
- Maintain vendor database, quotation records, PO records & procurement documentation.
- Verify vendor bills/invoices against PO, delivery challan & material receipt.
- Coordinate with accounts for invoice processing & vendor payments.
- Monitor material prices & identify opportunities for cost savings.




- Handle emergency/urgent material requirements from project sites.
- Ensure procurement is carried out within approved budgets and project timelines.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audit purposes.
- Coordinate with stores, project managers, quantity surveyors & accounts teams.
- Manage vendor performance, quality issues, replacements & material returns.
- Use Zoho / ERP / MS Excel for procurement tracking and reporting.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of construction materials & specifications.
- Knowledge of purchase orders, quotations, comparative statements and invoices.
- Knowledge of local suppliers & construction-material markets will be an advantage.

Qualification

Any Graduate / Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech with relevant procurement experience.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in procurement for industrial, commercial, pharma, residential or infrastructure construction projects will be preferred.

Salary

Salary: As per experience and industry standards.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
