Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day student discipline and behavioural issues on campus.
- Address cases of misconduct, inappropriate behaviour and violations of the college's code of conduct.
- Intervene in and resolve arguments, conflicts and physical fights between students.
- Investigate incidents fairly by speaking with the students, faculty members and others involved before determining the appropriate course of action.
- Handle student issues arising from social media platforms when they affect students, relationships or the college setting.
- Counsel students regarding inappropriate behaviour and help them understand the consequences of their actions.

Qualification & Experience

Qualification:

Graduate/Postgraduate.

Experience:

Atleast 5 years of relevant experience in a school, junior college, educational institution, counselling, student affairs, student engagement or a similar student-facing role is preferred.

- Experience working specifically with students in the 16–18 year age group will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
