We are looking for an experienced Inventory Manager to manage inventory operations within the healthcare/medical industry. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels, ensuring timely availability of medical supplies, and implementing effective inventory control systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor daily inventory and stock operations.
- Maintain accurate records of medicines, medical supplies, equipment, and consumables.
- Ensure proper receiving, storage, issuance, and movement of inventory.
- Monitor stock levels and prepare purchase/replenishment requirements.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Identify slow-moving, excess, damaged, or expired inventory.
- Ensure proper FEFO/FIFO practices wherever applicable.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts, Stores, Pharmacy, and other departments.
- Maintain proper documentation, stock registers, and inventory reports.
- Track expiry dates and minimize inventory wastage.
- Investigate stock discrepancies and take corrective action.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare inventory and storage procedures.




- Manage and guide store/inventory staff.
- Prepare MIS and periodic inventory reports for management.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; relevant qualification in Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Pharmacy, or Healthcare Management is preferred.
- 4–8 years of relevant inventory/store management experience.
- Healthcare, hospital, pharmaceutical, medical equipment, or medical supplies experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of inventory management and stock reconciliation.
- Strong knowledge of FIFO/FEFO, batch tracking, expiry management, and stock audits.
- Positive communication, coordination, and team-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory/ERP software.
