Technical Leadership

- Lead the frontend team and set delivery timelines
- Build out and strengthen the team as required, including interviewing and onboarding new developers
- Architect and set up new projects from scratch: folder structure, coding standards, tooling, and scalability decisions
- Research emerging tools, frameworks, and practices in the tech industry and drive their adoption where they add real value
- Mentor developers through code reviews and pair programming

Development

- Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using React.js and Next.js
- Build cross platform mobile applications using React Native
- Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high quality, reusable components
- Integrate frontend applications with backend RESTful APIs
- Implement state management (Redux, Context API, Zustand, or similar)
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability across devices
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs in collaboration with designers
- Collaborate closely with backend developers to define API contracts and data flow
- Write clean, maintainable, well documented, and testable code
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve UI and production issues
- Participate in code reviews and uphold best engineering practices across the team

Required Skills & Qualifications





- 5+ years of professional frontend development experience across multiple projects
- Proven experience leading a development team
- Experience architecting and building projects from the ground up
- Strong proficiency in React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- Working experience with Next.js SSR, ISR, API routes, and routing
- Hands on experience building and shipping apps with React Native
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive/mobile first design
- Experience consuming RESTful APIs and handling authentication (JWT/OAuth)
- Familiarity with state management libraries (Redux / Context API / Zustand)
- Familiarity with Git version control and collaborative workflows
- Strong understanding of component based architecture and reusable UI design
- Solid knowledge of app deployment (Play Store / App Store) and web hosting environments

Good to Have

- Experience with TypeScript
- Familiarity with UI libraries (Tailwind CSS, Material UI, NativeBase, etc.)
- Exposure to native modules and bridging in React Native
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with GraphQL
- Strong understanding of backend concepts (Node.js / Express) for smoother collaboration with the backend team

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
