F2 Fintech is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations Manager to manage and streamline day-to-day operational activities across the organization.

The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution of operational processes, managing teams, monitoring turnaround time (TAT), improving process efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating with Sales, Credit, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Management teams.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, process management, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with relevant experience in Fintech, NBFC, Banking, or Financial Services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations Management

Manage and oversee day-to-day operational activities.
Ensure smooth and timely execution of operational processes.
Establish and maintain standardized processes and workflows.
Monitor operational performance and identify gaps or bottlenecks.
Ensure all processes are completed within defined TAT and quality standards.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

2. Team Management

Lead, manage, and mentor the operations team.
Allocate responsibilities and monitor individual and team performance.
Set operational targets and KPIs for team members.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
Identify training requirements and arrange appropriate process training.
Ensure adequate staffing and effective workload distribution.

3. Lending & Financial Operations

Manage operational activities related to Personal Loans, Business Loans,



Skilled Loans, Home Loans, LAP, and other financial products, as applicable.
Monitor the customer/application journey from login through approval and disbursement.
Coordinate with Sales and Credit teams to ensure smooth movement of cases.
Ensure proper documentation and data accuracy throughout the process.
Monitor pending cases and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.

4. TAT & Productivity Management

Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly operational performance.
Track application processing, documentation, verification, approval, and disbursement TAT.
Identify delays and take corrective action.
Prepare operational MIS and performance reports for management.
Establish measurable KPIs and productivity benchmarks.

5. Process & Quality Control

Ensure adherence to defined SOPs and operational policies.
Conduct regular process audits and quality checks.
Identify process deviations, errors, and operational risks.
Implement corrective and preventive actions.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Ensure operational activities comply with internal policies and applicable regulatory requirements.

6. Cross-Functional Coordination





Coordinate closely with Sales, Credit, Risk, Compliance, Finance, HR, Technology, and Management teams.
Resolve operational issues and ensure timely escalation where required.
Support Sales teams in resolving process-related queries.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth case processing.
Ensure effective communication between different departments.

7. MIS & Reporting

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational MIS reports.
Track productivity, TAT, pending cases, rejection rates, approval rates, and disbursement-related metrics.
Present operational performance and key observations to senior management.
Use data and analytics to identify trends and improve operational performance.

8. Technology & Process Automation

Work with the Technology/Product team to improve operational systems and workflows.
Identify opportunities for automation and digitization.
Ensure effective utilization of CRM, LMS, HRMS, and other operational tools.
Support implementation and adoption of new technology/processes.

9. Risk & Compliance

Ensure operational processes comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with Risk and Compliance teams to address operational risks.
Identify potential fraud, process irregularities, and control gaps.
Ensure proper documentation and audit readiness.
Support internal and external audits when required.

Pay: ₹260,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
