Roles & Responsibilities – Vehicle Evaluation & Claim Inspection

- Conduct evaluation of luxury vehicles at customer locations and authorized workshops to identify defects, damages, and technical issues.
- Prepare and submit detailed vehicle evaluation reports in ERP, along with all necessary supporting documents and photographs.
- Coordinate with Sales and Customer Relations (CR) teams and provide regular updates on evaluation status.
- Visit dealer workshops to conduct vehicle claim inspections and assess reported issues.
- Understand customer concerns and the nature of vehicle failures, diagnose the issue, identify the most appropriate repair solution, and submit recommendations to the Central Technical Team for decision-making.




- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution of evaluation and claim cases.
- Keep Management updated on current product features, changes in repair methodologies, technical solutions, and product updates.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of all vehicle evaluations, inspections, claims, and recommendations.
