About the Role

The Organic World is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to support the Finance & Accounts team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to accounting operations, financial reporting, reconciliations, and day-to-day finance activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in maintaining financial records and documentation.
- Support invoice processing and data entry activities.
- Help with accounts payable and accounts receivable tracking.
- Assist in bank reconciliation and expense verification.
- Support preparation of financial reports and MIS data.
- Organize and maintain accounting files and records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for finance-related documentation.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and compliance-related documentation.
- Perform basic Excel-based financial analysis and reporting.
- Handle other finance and administrative tasks as assigned.

Eligibility Criteria

- Pursuing or recently completed B.Com, BBA (Finance), M.Com, MBA (Finance), or related qualification.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and finance operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
