Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior SEO / Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SEO, digital marketing strategies, website optimization, content performance, and analytics, with a proven ability to improve organic visibility, traffic, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute effective SEO and digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

* Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research to identify growth opportunities.

* Handle on-page and off-page SEO, including website optimization, internal linking, backlink building, and technical SEO.

* Monitor and improve organic rankings, website traffic, conversions, and overall SEO performance.

* Conduct SEO audits and identify technical and content-related issues affecting website performance.

* Plan and execute content strategies in collaboration with content and marketing teams.

* Manage and optimize digital campaigns across relevant channels, where required.

* Track performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and other SEO tools.

* Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

* Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, digital marketing tools, and industry best practices.

* Collaborate with developers,



content writers, designers, and other stakeholders to implement marketing and SEO initiatives.

* Take ownership of SEO projects from planning and execution through performance analysis and optimization.

Required Skills

* 3–5 years of hands-on experience in SEO / Digital Marketing.

* Strong understanding of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.

* Proficiency in keyword research and SEO analytics tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.

* Good understanding of website structure, HTML basics, content optimization, and technical SEO.

* Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to interpret data and convert insights into actionable strategies.

* Good communication, coordination, and project management skills.

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple SEO/digital marketing projects.

Preferred

* Experience in B2B / SaaS / technology-based businesses will be an advantage.

* Experience with Google Ads, social media marketing, email marketing, or other digital channels is a plus.

* Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms is preferred.
