Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and skilled Architect to design, plan, and oversee building and interior projects. The candidate should have strong knowledge of architectural design, drawings, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural designs, plans, and working drawings.
- Develop 2D/3D drawings and presentations.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and vendors.
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress.
- Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations.
- Prepare BOQ, material specifications, and project documentation.
- Make revisions based on client and site requirements.

Requirements

- Qualification: B.Arch / M.Arch
- Experience: 1–5 years preferred; freshers can apply.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max or similar software.
- Good communication and design skills.
- Knowledge of construction materials and building practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Salary: As per company norms / Based on experience.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
