WE ARE HIRING – PRODUCTION / SHIFT MANAGER
Division: Cake / Noodles / Namkeen
Position: Production Manager / Shift Manager
Location: Narendrapur, Ramchandrapur

Salary: Negotiable

Experience: 7–10 Years

- Experience in Food / FMCG Manufacturing preferred
- Candidates with experience in Cake, Noodles, Namkeen, Bakery or Snacks Production will be preferred.

Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Food Technology, Production, Engineering or relevant field.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily production and achieve shift-wise targets.
- Supervise and manage production manpower.
- Monitor product quality, productivity and wastage.
- Ensure proper utilization of raw materials and packaging materials.
- Supervise production machines and coordinate with Maintenance.
- Ensure food safety, hygiene and SOP compliance.
- Maintain daily production and shift reports.
- Coordinate with QA, Stores, Maintenance & Dispatch teams.
- Handle production-related issues and ensure smooth shift operations.

Immediate Joiners and candidates with relevant food production experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
