Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Kids AI Editor-Animator who can independently manage the creation of high-quality AI-assisted children's animated content from story brief to final publish-ready video.

The ideal candidate should combine strong animation/video-production expertise with hands-on AI content-generation skills and understand what makes content visually engaging, safe and appropriate for children.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end production of short animated children's stories.
- Convert story briefs into complete 2–3 minute animated videos.
- Develop scene concepts, visual direction and character continuity.
- Build AI-assisted production workflows using tools such as Kling, Runway or similar platforms.
- Maintain highly consistent characters across multiple scenes and episodes.
- Edit AI-generated footage into polished, coherent stories.
- Handle pacing, transitions, captions, music, sound effects and voiceovers.
- Create engaging Shorts/Reels from long-form stories.
- Develop or guide thumbnail concepts.
- Review every frame for child safety, visual appropriateness and consistency.
- Identify and correct AI-generation issues before final delivery.
- Maintain character sheets, prompts, assets and project files.
- Establish efficient workflows that allow consistent weekly content production.
- Work directly with the Founder/Content Lead on creative briefs and feedback.
- Manage revisions and deliver publish-ready content on schedule.
- Stay updated with developments in AI video generation and animation workflows.

Required Experience & Skills





- 5+ years of experience in animation, video production, digital content or related fields.
- Proven experience creating children's/family animation or similar safe-for-family content.
- Strong hands-on experience with AI image/video-generation tools.
- Advanced practical knowledge of Kling, Runway or equivalent AI video tools.
- Robust proficiency in DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, CapCut or equivalent editing software.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, animation and visual continuity.
- Ability to maintain consistent characters across multiple scenes.
- Strong sound, music, VO and editing skills.
- Experience creating YouTube content and Shorts.
- Ability to take a story from concept/brief to finished video independently.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong ownership of deadlines and production quality.

Mandatory Portfolio

Live work or a strong portfolio is mandatory.

Candidates should demonstrate:

- AI-assisted animation/video
- Consistent characters
- YouTube or short-form content
- End-to-end production capability

Important

This role is not for someone whose experience is limited to traditional 3D/VFX production.

We are looking for an editor-animator who can ship AI-assisted animated stories consistently, rather than someone who only creates individual AI clips.

The original hiring brief specifically cautions against classic 3D/VFX-only profiles and requires demonstrated children's/family animation or equivalent shipped work.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
