Inside Sales Executive

Location: CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai

Experience: 6 Months – 3 Years

Qualification: MBA (Sales & Marketing) / Any Graduate

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive who will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential customers and scheduling appointments through phone, email and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce company products/services.
- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns and other platforms.
- Identify and connect with key decision-makers.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain solid client relationships.
- Qualify leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Update customer details and activities in CRM/sales tracking tools.
- Conduct basic market and company research.
- Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams.
- Prepare daily activity and sales reports.

Candidate Requirements

- 6 months–3 years of experience in Inside Sales / Business Development preferred.




- Candidates with 0–6 months internship/work experience may also apply.
- Candidates from Customer Support, BPO, Telecalling, Call Centre or Lead Generation backgrounds can apply.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Confident and pleasant personality with good rapport-building skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, Canva and social media platforms.
- Good understanding of lead generation and appointment setting.
- Candidates from BFSI, Logistics, Pharma, Retail or any other industry can apply.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
