Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive with experience in the Hospitality industry to support marketing activities, increase brand visibility, generate leads, and drive customer engagement and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns for hotels, resorts, and hospitality services.
- Manage digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and online promotions.
- Generate leads and drive bookings through online and offline marketing activities.
- Coordinate with sales, reservations, F&B;, and operations teams.
- Manage social media platforms and create engaging content.
- Support Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and other digital campaigns.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new business opportunities.
- Build relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and local partners.
- Plan and coordinate promotional activities, events, offers, and seasonal campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, leads, conversions, and marketing ROI.
- Prepare regular marketing reports and MIS for management.




- Support brand-building activities and ensure consistent brand communication.
- Collect customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve customer engagement.
- Coordinate with external agencies, designers, photographers, and other marketing vendors.

Required Skills

- Hospitality / Hotel / Resort marketing experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing.
- Experience in Lead Generation and Customer Acquisition.
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO and Email Marketing.
- Positive communication and presentation skills.
- Strong coordination and relationship-management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track marketing performance.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Excel and marketing tools.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates from Hotels, Resorts, Hospitality Groups, Travel & Tourism, Restaurants, Clubs, or related hospitality businesses are preferred

Pay: ₹9,977.10 - ₹33,766.56 per month
