- Operate lathe machines safely and efficiently for machining components.
- Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions, and machining instructions.
- Perform turning, facing, threading, drilling, boring, grooving, and other machining operations.
- Select and set appropriate cutting tools, inserts, and machine parameters.
- Check component dimensions using vernier caliper, micrometer, bore gauge, and other measuring instruments.
- Ensure components are produced according to required quality standards and tolerances.
- Perform machine setting, tool changing, and basic adjustments.
- Monitor machine performance and identify abnormal sounds, vibrations, or machining issues.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and follow 5S practices.
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Record production and inspection details as required.
- Coordinate with supervisors and quality personnel to resolve production or quality issues.
- Carry out basic machine maintenance and report major breakdowns to the maintenance team.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
