What does the job entail?

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Quality Auditor to drive input quality, strengthen governance mechanisms, and improve overall sales effectiveness across the region. The role will focus on monitoring daily sales activities, enhancing lead-to-lag conversion, and identifying disciplinary and process gaps within branches, while ensuring strong engagement in key distribution activities such as BOP and PRL, along with Partner Engagement Programs like ACE.

Essential Qualification





Key Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- 5–7 years of experience in sales, training, or quality assurance roles
- Robust understanding of sales processes, funnel management, and conversion metrics
- Proven experience in governance, compliance, or audit frameworks
- Good understanding of the Agency Distribution model
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive behavioural change across teams

Preferred Skills

- Experience in financial services / insurance / banking sales environments
- Strong proficiency in Excel, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Knowledge of CRM systems and sales tracking tools
- Experience in managing or contributing to Partner Engagement Programs (ACE)
- Prior team management experience is an added advantage
