Soham Dave is an independent design studio founded in Ahmedabad in 2011. We create contemporary clothing rooted in natural textiles, indigenous craftsmanship and thoughtful design.

Our work is developed closely with artisan communities across India and presented through our stores in Ahmedabad, Kalaghoda in Mumbai and Kan Market in Recent Delhi, selected stores across India and our online store.

We are a growing, design-led brand offering an opportunity to work closely with the people, products and processes behind an independent fashion label.

The Role

We are looking for a warm, responsible and hands-on person to join our Khan Market store.

The role covers sales and client relationships as well as day-to-day store operations — invoicing, orders, stock, DSRs, email communication and coordination with our Ahmedabad studio.

What we're looking for

- 1–3 years of experience in premium,



luxury or independent fashion retail
- Good understanding of fashion and client handling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with Excel, email and everyday retail operations
- Organised, responsible and detail-oriented
- Willing to learn, take ownership and grow with the brand
