Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, confident, and patient-focused PRO / Counsellor to manage patient interactions, provide guidance, and ensure a positive patient experience throughout their hospital journey.

Key Responsibilities:

- Attend to patients and their bystanders professionally and courteously.

- Explain hospital services, procedures, packages, and processes to patients.

- Counsel patients regarding consultations, treatments, investigations, and follow-ups.

- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, billing, insurance, and other departments.

- Handle patient queries, feedback, and concerns and ensure timely resolution.

- Assist patients with appointments, admissions, and other hospital-related requirements.

- Maintain good communication and relationships with patients and their families.

- Support patient satisfaction and improve the overall patient experience.

- Maintain proper records and documentation of patient interactions.

- Perform other duties assigned by the management.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.

- Previous hospital experience is preferred.

- Experience in PRO, patient relations, counselling, front office, or healthcare coordination will be an advantage.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Malayalam and English proficiency required; Hindi is an added advantage.

- Pleasant personality with good convincing and counselling skills.





- Ability to work in rotational shifts

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing indoor and outdoor medical camps, while ensuring smooth patient coordination and promoting hospital services. Key Responsibilities Outdoor Camp Activities: - Plan and coordinate medical camps at schools, companies, residential communities, and other locations. - Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and support staff for camp arrangements. - Manage patient registration and crowd coordination. - Promote hospital services, health check-up packages, and specialties. - Coordinate health awareness programs and screening activities. -Manage patient registration, appointments, and department coordination. - Guide patients through consultations, investigations, and billing. - Coordinate with doctors and other departments to ensure smooth patient flow. - Handle patient queries and provide necessary assistance. - Collect patient feedback and support patient satisfaction. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. - Hospital/healthcare experience preferred. - Experience in PRO, counselling, patient coordination, or medical camp activities will be an advantage. - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Valuable convincing and counselling skills
