Job Responsibilities

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for real estate projects.

Manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and generate quality leads.

Create and manage social media content.

Monitor ad performance, leads, CPL and conversion metrics.

Handle Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other social media platforms.

Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead conversion.

Conduct competitor and market research.

Prepare regular digital marketing performance reports.

Explore recent digital channels and strategies for lead generation.





Skills Required

Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager

Social Media Marketing

Lead Generation

Basic knowledge of Canva / Photoshop

Good communication and analytical skills

Understanding of Google Ads is an added advantage

Real estate marketing experience is an advantage

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month

Salary depends on experience & skill level.
