Need experienced women candidate. The Estimator (Civil) will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and material take-offs for pipe supporting systems used in MEP, HVAC, and Firefighting projects. The role involves studying project drawings, specifications, and tender documents to provide competitive and technically sound quotations to clients.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Review civil and MEP drawings, tender documents, and specifications related to pipe support works.
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs for supports such as U-bolts, clamps, channels, brackets, anchor bolts, and hangers.
- Ensure quantities are calculated accurately from AutoCAD / PDF drawings.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, fabrication, galvanizing, transportation, and installation.
- Maintain updated price lists for materials, accessories, and subcontracting services.
- Compare supplier quotations and ensure cost competitiveness.
- Coordinate with design and production teams for feasibility of customized supports.
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers for updated prices and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and submit professional quotations, BOQs,



and cost sheets for client tenders and inquiries.
- Ensure all technical and commercial terms are clearly stated.
- Maintain estimation records, drawing logs, and revision histories.
- Prepare project-wise estimation reports for management review.
- Interact with clients and consultants for clarifications in scope, drawing discrepancies, and technical queries.
- Support the sales team with technical and pricing details during negotiations.
- Use AutoCAD, MS Excel, and other estimation software for accurate and efficient work.
- Maintain digital filing of all estimation documents.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹30,500.00 per month
