About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our in-house marketing team at ASTRUM OUTSTANDING INDIAN SCHOLARS PRIVATE LIMITED .

You’ll work closely with our Digital Marketer, Video Editor, and other Designer to create content for social media, paid advertising campaigns, and multiple client brands.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll get the opportunity to work on real campaigns and develop practical skills in social media design, ad creatives, poster design, branding, and digital marketing.

What You’ll Work On

- Create social media posts, carousels, stories, posters, and other digital creatives
- Design creative assets for Meta and other paid advertising campaigns
- Develop visual concepts based on campaign objectives and creative briefs
- Work with the Digital Marketing team to create performance-focused ad creatives
- Collaborate with Video Editors and other Designers on social media campaigns
- Create content for the Study Abroad brand as well as other clients and brands handled by the in-house marketing team
- Adapt designs for different brands, audiences, and platforms




- Make revisions based on feedback and maintain brand consistency

Requirements

- Good understanding of graphic design fundamentals
- Knowledge of typography, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, or similar tools
- Good eye for design and attention to detail
- Ability to understand a brief and translate ideas into visuals
- Willingness to learn and take feedback
- A portfolio is preferred, but academic/personal projects are also welcome for freshers

Equipment

Having your own laptop/design system is preferred. If you don't have one, a system can be arranged based on the role and requirement

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
