Job Title: Freelance Film & Video Editor (Professional Level Only)

We are looking for a highly skilled Freelance Film & Video Editor to join our team for serious, long-term collaboration. This is NOT a social media reels editing role — we require someone experienced in cinematic, film-style, and professional video editing.

All projects, work management, communication, and payments will be handled through FreelancerPeople.com, from the start of the project until final delivery. Payments will also be made through FreelancerPeople.com to keep the entire process secure, transparent, and properly managed.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 5+ years of professional working experience in video editing
- Strong expertise in film-style editing, storytelling, pacing, and visual quality
- Proficiency in Adobe software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) OR DaVinci Resolve (either or both is acceptable)
- Ability to handle English content professionally (all content will be in English)
- Excellent communication skills — clear, responsive,



and professional at all times
- Must maintain a high level of professionalism, reliability, and commitment
- Strong understanding of deadlines and time management

Work Expectation & Availability:

- Work will be project-based and workload-driven
- Flexibility is required — this is not a fixed 9–5 schedule
- Deadlines are critical: work must be completed on time regardless of weekends
- Sundays or holidays are acceptable, but deliverables must be managed as per workload and deadlines
- “It’s Sunday, so I can’t work” is not acceptable if it affects project timelines

Payout Structure & Pricing Expectation (Important):

- Compensation will be project-based, depending on complexity, duration, and output quality
- Usually, I pay my team 500 INR to 1,500 INR per minute. Some projects are also paid at a fixed price, depending on:
- The type and scale of the project
- Number of projects you handle
- Speed and efficiency of delivery
- Overall quality and consistency
- I may also pay more than this range, depending entirely on the scope, complexity, and requirements of the project.

Important Note on Pricing:

We have a high volume of work, but we are specifically looking for editors who offer reasonable and practical pricing.





- This is not for editors who are only focused on maximizing earnings without focusing on quality
- If your initial charges are so high that collaboration cannot even begin, this opportunity may not be suitable for you
- We believe in long-term collaboration — once trust and consistency are built, your payout and rates will naturally increase
- You must be comfortable adjusting pricing based on project scope and requirements

If your mindset is only “earning first, work later”, this opportunity is not for you
If your focus is quality + consistency + long-term growth, you will earn significantly over time
