Job Summary

We are looking for an AR Caller to handle insurance follow-ups, claim status, denials, and outstanding accounts for US healthcare clients. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of US medical billing processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Follow up with insurance companies regarding outstanding claims and payments.
- Contact insurance payers to verify claim status, denials, rejections, and underpayments.
- Identify and resolve claim issues to ensure timely reimbursement.
- Review EOBs/ERAs and take appropriate action on unpaid or denied claims.
- Handle AR follow-up and maintain accurate account documentation.
- Communicate with insurance representatives professionally and effectively.
- Identify denial trends and escalate unresolved issues when required.




- Update patient/account information accurately in billing systems.
- Meet daily productivity, quality, and collection targets.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and billing information.

Required Skills

- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Knowledge of US healthcare / medical billing / AR process.
- Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of EOB, ERA, claims, denials, CPT, and ICD-10 is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in night shifts.

Experience

- Experience in US Medical Billing / Accounts Receivable / AR Calling is preferred.
- Freshers with solid communication skills may be considered based on the company's requirements.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
