Job Summary:
We are looking for a Lead Gen Expert / Outreach Specialist with hands-on experience in B2B prospecting and digital outreach. The candidate should be comfortable working with Apollo, LinkedIn, cold email, WhatsApp and AI-powered tools to generate qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify potential B2B prospects and decision-makers.
- Build targeted lead lists using Apollo, LinkedIn and web research.
- Run and manage personalized cold email campaigns.
- Execute WhatsApp outreach and follow-up activities.
- Perform LinkedIn prospecting and direct outreach.
- Use AI tools to generate personalized messages and automate repetitive research tasks.
- Research prospects before initiating communication.
- Follow up systematically across different channels.
- Qualify prospects and identify genuine business opportunities.




- Generate qualified meetings/leads for the sales team.
- Maintain daily activity and lead-generation reports.
- Analyze campaign results and continuously improve outreach performance.

Eligibility:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in lead generation, outbound sales or B2B outreach.
- Strong practical knowledge of Apollo and LinkedIn.
- Experience with cold email and WhatsApp outreach.
- Knowledge of AI tools for lead generation and sales outreach.
- Strong communication and written English.
- Valuable understanding of B2B prospecting.
- Self-motivated, organized and target-driven.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000/month based on experience and performance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
