1. Nature of Role & Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a qualified and enrolled Advocate to join our team as a Junior Associate. The role will involve drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, assisting with regulatory and corporate advisory, and handling corporate and commercial litigation matters under the guidance of senior team members.

The position offers hands-on exposure and opportunities to appear independently in select matters, while developing legal and skilled skills through structured mentorship and practical experience.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, responsible, and keen to learn, with a sound understanding of basic corporate and litigation work. Candidates with relevant experience, particularly immediate joiners residing in or around Noida, will be preferred.

This is a full-time, work-from-office position.

2. What We Are Offering:





The role will provide strong learning opportunities in a structured and professional environment. Following the completion of a 4-month internship, during which a stipend of ₹5,000/- per month will be provided, the starting remuneration will be up to ₹15,000/- per month for the first three months of the probation period, followed by up to ₹20,000/- per month thereafter. Of the aforementioned remuneration, 25% will be retained and disbursed as an incentive upon successful completion of one year with the firm.

Additionally, the candidate may earn incentives of up to an amount equivalent to the base pay for independently handled matters and practice development activities. Apart from this any income earned from the candidate’s independent practice will remain entirely with the candidate.
