Role Summary

You will lead strategic transformation initiatives within General Management, driving structured execution, cross-functional coordination, and measurable business outcomes. As Head of Transformation - Strategic Initiatives, you will own defined programs end to end, align stakeholders on priorities, track progress against milestones, and remove execution barriers. The role requires strong ownership, disciplined follow-through, and the ability to translate business priorities into practical action plans.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead assigned transformation and strategic initiatives from planning through execution and closure
- Translate business priorities into transparent workplans, milestones, and measurable deliverables
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to align actions,



timelines, and dependencies
- Track initiative progress, identify risks and blockers, and drive timely issue resolution
- Prepare concise updates, dashboards, and reviews to support decision-making and governance
- Support process improvement efforts that strengthen efficiency, control, and business impact
- Ensure documentation, follow-up, and closure discipline across all assigned initiatives
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for better execution and outcomes
