Job Description:
Elightwalk Technology is hiring a dedicated and customer-focused Technical Support Executive. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in troubleshooting technical issues and providing excellent client support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support via calls, emails, and chat
- Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network-related issues
- Install, configure, and maintain systems and applications
- Manage and update support tickets and documentation
- Coordinate with the development team to resolve complex issues

Required Skills:

- Basic knowledge of IT systems, networking, and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Windows, Linux, or macOS




- Understanding of web applications, hosting, and domains (preferred)
- Solid communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of web hosting, DNS, domains, and cPanel
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and PHP
- Experience with support tools like Zendesk or Freshdesk

Qualification:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
