Bluphlux is seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our cutting-edge recruitment platform that leverages Language Models (LLMs) to transform the hiring process. You will work closely with our team to ensure the platform is efficient, scalable, and user-friendly, helping us deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Help maintain code quality, organization,



and automation.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
- Proficiency in back-end languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js.
- Familiarity with databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB) and web servers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with cloud services such as AWS or Azure.
- Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
