Shifter Online is looking for energetic and enthusiastic candidates who are interested in Marketing, Customer Calling, Driver Outreach and Social Media Management.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit local areas and field locations to connect with drivers
- Explain Shifter Online services, benefits and onboarding process to drivers
- Support driver acquisition and onboarding activities
- Handle customer and driver calling & follow-ups
- Manage lead follow-ups
- Handle social media activities on Instagram, Facebook and other platforms
- Create and post basic social media content, stories and reels
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Maintain daily calling, driver leads and marketing reports
- Support the team in day-to-day marketing and field activities

Who Can Apply?

- Freshers are welcome
- Students / candidates looking for an internship can also apply
- Comfortable with field visits and interacting with drivers
- Willing to travel locally within Indore for driver outreach
- Basic English communication




- Comfortable with calling and speaking with customers and drivers
- Basic understanding of Instagram and Facebook
- Basic Canva / content creation knowledge will be an advantage
- Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge preferred
- Energetic, responsible and willing to learn

Salary / Stipend

₹7,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Final salary/stipend will depend on the candidate’s profile, skills, interview performance and role.

Internship Opportunity

Internship candidates may be offered full-time employment based on performance.
