About MICEcafe Merchandise :

MICEcafe Merchandise is a corporate merchandise and gifting business associated with MICEcafe Journey, specializing in customized corporate gifts, merchandise, awards, printing and branding solutions for corporate clients.

Role Overview:

We’re looking for an Operations Intern to support the day-to-day coordination and execution of merchandise, gifting and branding orders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in coordinating corporate merchandise and gifting orders.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and internal teams for timely execution.
- Support product sourcing, quotations, order processing and follow-ups.
- Maintain order details, vendor information, pricing and delivery trackers.
- Assist with customized printing, branding and packaging requirements.
- Track production, dispatches and deliveries to ensure timely completion.




- Support preparation of product details, quotations and operational documents.
- Follow up with vendors regarding samples, production status and deliveries.
- Help resolve basic operational issues and ensure smooth order execution.

Requirements :

- Freshers or students pursuing/completed a degree in any relevant field.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Organized, detail-oriented and willing to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow timelines.
- Interest in corporate gifting, merchandise, procurement or operations is a plus.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
