We are seeking a highly experienced Canadian Immigration Specialist to work closely with our company President on a complex and important Canadian immigration matter involving the Alberta Advantage Immigration Program (AAIP), including entrepreneur/business immigration pathways.

This is not a sales, lead-generation, counselling, or student recruitment position.

The successful candidate will be responsible for detailed immigration research, application strategy support, documentation, evidence organization, submission preparation, review of immigration history, and coordination with authorized Canadian immigration professionals where required.

The position is intended for someone with strong hands-on experience handling complex Canadian immigration files and who can dedicate substantial attention to one principal immigration matter rather than processing a high volume of routine applications.

Key Responsibilities

● Review the applicant’s complete Canadian immigration history and supporting documentation.

● Work extensively on AAIP, Alberta entrepreneur/business immigration and Provincial Nominee Program matters.

● Review eligibility requirements and identify strengths, weaknesses, risks, and documentation gaps.

● Assist in preparing a strong and comprehensive immigration application package.

● Prepare detailed document checklists and supporting evidence strategies.

● Draft professional submission letters, explanations, representations and supporting correspondence.

● Conduct research involving IRCC, IRPA, IRPR, AAIP policies and program requirements.

● Review previous immigration applications, refusals, reconsideration requests or procedural issues where applicable.

● Coordinate supporting documentation relating to business ownership, management experience, financial capacity, source of funds, investment and business operations.





● Assist with business immigration documentation, community-support requirements and entrepreneur-stream compliance.

● Maintain a detailed timeline and organized master immigration file.

● Work directly and confidentially with senior management.

● Coordinate with a licensed Canadian immigration lawyer or RCIC where formal legal representation or regulated immigration advice is required.

Required Experience

Candidates should ideally have:

● Minimum 5 years of hands-on Canadian immigration experience.

● Solid knowledge of Canadian permanent residence and Provincial Nominee Programs.

● Experience with AAIP / Alberta immigration programs strongly preferred.

● Experience with entrepreneur, investor or business immigration files strongly preferred.

● Experience handling complex immigration histories, refusals or reconsideration matters.

● Excellent knowledge of IRCC documentation and application procedures.

● Strong understanding of IRPA and IRPR.

● Excellent English writing and legal/research skills.

● Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies or potential immigration concerns.

● Experience working with Canadian immigration law firms or established RCIC practices is highly desirable.

Preference will be given to candidates who have previously worked as:

● Senior Canadian Immigration Case Manager

● Canadian Immigration Team Lead

● Immigration Law Clerk

● Senior Immigration Consultant / Case Specialist





● RCIC Case Manager

● Business Immigration Specialist

● PNP / Entrepreneur Immigration Specialist

Candidates who are themselves a licensed RCIC or Canadian lawyer with relevant experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

Candidates holding an Indian LLB/LLM are also welcome to apply where they have substantial practical experience working specifically on Canadian immigration matters.

Important

We are not looking for general visa counsellors, sales executives, student admission counsellors or candidates whose experience is primarily limited to study permits or visitor visas.

We are specifically looking for someone who understands complex Canadian immigration strategy, documentation and business/entrepreneur immigration matters.

Where Canadian law requires immigration advice or representation to be provided by an authorized representative, such work must be performed or supervised by an appropriately licensed Canadian professional.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
