Operations Manager – Durg

Location: Durg, Chhattisgarh
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month
Experience: 2–5 years
Background: PET / Electrical preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and manage day-to-day operations of the organization.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily work activities.
- Manage and supervise staff/field teams.
- Allocate work and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Monitor team performance, attendance, and discipline.
- Handle operational issues and take quick corrective decisions.
- Maintain daily reports, records, and operational documentation.
- Ensure smooth workflow, productivity, and adherence to company processes.
- Support management in achieving operational and business targets.

Candidate Requirements

- Candidates with PET or Electrical background will be preferred.
- Good managerial, communication, and coordination skills.
- Should be capable of independently handling day-to-day operations.
- Robust leadership and problem-solving ability.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
